As the name suggests, AIMS was founded to provide solutions to various engineering problems faced by the industry.

AIMS is headed by Mohammed Khambalia who comes from an entrepreneurial family and has a hands-on approach to his business.
​
Mohammed completed his Bachelors degree (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Economics from Lehigh University (USA). He then went on to complete his Masters in Engineering (M.Eng.) from University of New South Wales (Australia) in Manufacturing Engineering & Management.
​
Mohammed has worked in a diverse range of industries including Defence Products, Precision Engineering, Glass Processing, Building Products and the Automotive industry. He has significant experience in areas of maintenance & reliability management, systems development, manufacturing / production management, project management and process & productivity improvements.

Having worked in Australia, the United States and Pakistan in well reputed multi-national companies, he can bring a better perspective, outlook and innovative, yet simple, solutions to your maintenance and manufacturing problems.
